Our carefully selected papers, inks, and shipping materials reflect our focus on the long-term, creating prints that last and have minimal impact on our environment. By actively promoting a sustainable future, we are working towards creating a better world for all living things.
Founded in 2014 as a stand-alone iPhone app called PrintShop App, Photo Innovation Lab has evolved as a leader in fine-art pigment ink print making.
In response to the increasing environmental crisis our planet is facing, founder and Master Printer Juan Carlos Hernandez, challenged himself to adhere to a strict environmentally focused business model. Everything, from the papers offered on the Photo Innovation Lab website, to the materials used to ship them keeps our planet’s health front and center.
Our Impact...
Currently, Photo Innovation Lab gives 1% of all its fine-art print sales revenue through its 1% For the Planet membership and buys carbon credits from Clovery to offset its shipping carbon footprint.
